Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Dashboard — no phone calls, no retention flow. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an AI action?
Any time you use an AI tool in the Notepad — grammar/spelling check, Define/Comprehend, the Convert panel (Cornell Notes, bullets, outline, study guide, academic format, etc.), Homework Solver, or the AI inline prompt — counts as one action. Importing files and transcribing YouTube videos are tracked separately with their own limits.

If something's not working as expected, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.
What happens if I hit my Free plan limit?
You'll see a friendly upgrade prompt instead of an error — your existing notes and data are never affected. Limits reset at the start of each month (YouTube conversions reset daily).
